Mr.
Keeley has over 20 years experience in the field of
machinery vibration analysis related to Predictive and
Preventive Maintenance.
He
has special expertise in application and training of
vibration analysis techniques, dynamic rotor balancing,
motor current signature analysis, acoustics and ultrasonics,
high frequency bearing analysis, and structural isolation
systems.
Past
experience includes: 10 years as Owner of Keytec Consultants
Inc., where he was responsible for all engineering,
sales, and business activities relating to machinery
diagnostics, instrumentation, PDM program management,
hardware and software installation, etc., for a large
variety of companies on all types of equipment such
as motors, turbines, compressors, fans, pumps, etc.
Prior
to that, he was Field Service Manager at Vibration Specialty
Corp. where he was responsible for up to 5 technicians
who performed machinery analysis and balancing again
on a variety of industrial equipment.
He
also worked for Pratt & Whitney Aircraft as a Wind
Tunnel Test Engineer, and taught physics and basic engineering
courses at Florida Institute of Technology.
Mr.
Keeley has a BS in Engineering from St. Louis University
and a MS in Physics from the University of Maryland.
