Mr.
Feary is a seasoned maintenance professional with 35
years experience in maintaining industrial plant equipment.
His
skills are focused toward the development and implementation
of all aspects of functional maintenance programs (i.e.,
RCM, Preventive Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance,
Pro-active maintenance and the Maintenance Effectiveness
Assessment Processes).
Mr.
Feary is co-author of a maintenance effectiveness assessment
process that allows industrial plants to effectively
monitor the efficiency of its maintenance organization.
He is author of numerous work instructions written to
provide clear concise guidance to technicians performing
Preventive and Predictive Maintenance tasks.
Mr.
Feary held such positions as Machinist, Certified Welder,
Supervisor of Shift Maintenance, Maintenance Supervisor,
Preventive Maintenance Program Author and Supervisor,
Lubrication Specialist, Sr. Machinery Analyst and Maintenance
Consultant.
He
attended Penn State University, is a Veteran of the
U.S. Military (Viet-Nam era) and is trained in Root
Cause Analysis and Human Performance Processes.
Mr.
Feary served as an industry users group steering committee
member, Non-Intrusive Testing sub-committee chairman
and a member of the EPRI Predictive Maintenance Advisory
Committee.
