He chaired the BWR Owners' Group Subcommittee on ECCS Motor Maintenance Optimization.

He has over 17 years experience in power plant design, construction, maintenance and testing.

His expertise lies in electrical systems and equipment maintenance and diagnostics with strong emphasis on troubleshooting, predictive maintenance, conditioning monitoring, maintenance optimization, and RCFA (Root-Cause Failure Analysis).
