Pattie
Herbert is Staff Assistant with over 30 years of clerical
and secretarial experience. She has obtained advanced
training in software applications such as GoldMine,
Microsoft Word, and Excel and is proficient in Power
Point, Adobe Acrobat, Paint Shop, and Imaging software.
She continues to add to her knowledge as new applications emerge for these important tools.
Pattie
strives to deliver prompt and courteous service to customers
and staff and to develop new and innovative ideas to
improve and support the functions of the company, including
our expansion to include the new Cryogenic division.
Her
duties include preparation of correspondence and presentations,
as well as content review, formatting, and editing of
reports. She has done significant work in management
and organization of files, records, and the technical
reference library.
Pattie
is proficient at maintaining our books in a professional
manner, including Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable,
through our advanced accounting software. Her performance
in this area has had a direct effect on the profitability
of the company.
She
is the Corporate Travel Manager, responsible for coordinating
all necessary travel arrangements and scheduling for
our staff.
Her
past experience includes positions with The Professional
Edge, Progressive Information Technologies, Waverly
Press, Consolidated Rail Corporation, and Lincoln National
Life Insurance Company.
